Your account email and password (passwords are hashed — we never see them), the contact information you choose to store (names, roles, birthdays, notes, interaction logs), and photos you upload. We also count your daily AI usage to enforce fair limits, and collect anonymous page analytics (via Vercel Analytics, no cookies).
If you connect Google, we read the basic details of your Google Contacts (names, emails, organizations, birthdays, addresses, phone numbers) to fill your rolodex — nothing is ever written back to your Google account, and we do not read your calendar or your email. Everything else you bring in yourself: if you use the phone contact picker, we read only the contacts you tap to select. And you can import an exported contacts file— a vCard or CSV you download from Google Contacts, Outlook, Apple/iCloud, or LinkedIn — which is parsed in your browser and only saved once you confirm. Imported details become part of your rolodex, which only you can access, and disconnecting a source stops all further reading.
Rockefeller.ai's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements: Google user data is used only to provide the features described above, is never transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide those features, is never used for advertising, and is never used to train AI models.
Your data is stored with Supabase (database and file storage) and protected by row-level security: only your authenticated account can read or write your rolodex. Contact photos are stored at unguessable URLs.
When you use an AI feature (scenario matching, intel scans, the email studio, gift ideas), the relevant contact details you've stored are sent to Anthropic's API to generate the response. Some features also perform web searches. We don't use your data to train models, and we never sell it to anyone.
You can edit or delete any contact at any time, disconnect Google Contacts at any time, download a full copy of your data from the account menu, and delete your entire account — including all contacts, photos, and login credentials — from inside the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
